| The Rub-A-Dub Dog Alternative:
There is now an alternative to the difficulty and mess of trying to bathe your dog at home, without paying a groomer to do it. Many groomers are good, but not necessary for routine bathing and general maintenance. And you and your dog may be more comfortable with you doing it yourself.
You can easily do it yourself at our Self-Serve Wash & Groom! Whether you want to give your dog a bath, or also do some grooming, we have everything you will need.
No dog is too large or small - we are equipped to handle them all. Each of our 5 individual units is set up to make you and your pet’s visit as pleasant, convenient and productive as possible. We provide all the right stuff so that all you really need to bring is the dog:
- Individual Rooms, rather than a single, chaotic area.
- Special Wash Tubs which are waist high, allowing you to stand comfortably rather than leaning over an ordinary bathtub on your knees. Your dog stands on a nonslip grate which allows water, dirt and hair to pass through so they are not standing in it. Staff will help get your dog in and out if you need assistance.
- Tub Restraints to prevent dogs from jumping out, as well as keep them from hanging their heads over their side.
- Temperature Adjustable Sprayers with 5’ Hoses (remember that dogs are generally most comfortable with lukewarm or cooler water).
- Shampoos (regular and flea/tick) and Conditioner--premium Bio Groom® products which are environmentally friendly, tearless, and formulated to prevent dryness of skin.
- Scrubbers to help with washing.
- Towels, and Ear and Eye wipes
- Aprons and Gloves to keep you dry and clean.
- 2-Speed, High Volume Metro® Dryers designed specifically for dogs.
- Grooming Tables (2 rooms have tables with built in crates underneath for drying, or for crating one dog while another is being washed.
- Electric Clippers
- Scissors, Nail Trimmers, Brushes, Combs
- Chime Buttons to call staff for assistance.

Besides being equipped to handle the largest breeds, we also have an area set up specifically for tiny dogs and cats (yes, cats are welcome, too).
We also offer pet supplies for your convenience, including Nutro® foods. And there is even a play area for kids!
